Penske Truck Rental

I had reserved a truck at a different location in New Braunfels and was met with complete disappointment. However the Penske office in Selma called me, apologized for the situation at the other location and made it right. Dakota waited past his normal closing time allowing me to arrive, had everything ready and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Specifically I would like to thank Dakota for his help and patience at the Selma office. He bent over backwards to help, took the time waiting, pleasant and professional. It was refreshing to encounter an employee who worked as hard as he did.
