Penske Truck Rental

Driver lounge is not very nice, kinda warm, no water, microwave, or Tv, uncomfortable seats, no one is in any hurry to assist you, even though I called ahead of time. Showed up checked in on the kiosk and waited for about 20 minutes before getting checked in with a human, then another 30 minutes before get assigned a bay, 20-30 minutes later I got asked what tire position needed to be replaced, mind you I put this info in the kiosk, and with the lady who checked me in and triple checked she put down the correct tire. They also have 10 service bays and maybe 5 mechanics on duty I think but don’t worry you may only see one of those mechanics working on non mechanic jobs. Avoid if possible drivers

Had a friend rent from them for a recent move, fairly priced. Check over your rental trucks.

Great service, diesel and DEF plus truck washed, in and out 28 minutes. Not a Penske truck ??...
