Penske Truck Rental

The ultimate scam who won’t take responsibility of the quality or condition of their vehicles, numerous unanswered concerns, unanswered messages and emails. IMO go elsewhere.

Edit 8/31/19- After the initial issues we experienced with our rental and the incredible shortcomings we experienced with customer service, Managment and an unresponsive corporate management it is clear that Penske as a whole truly does not withstand in the common interest of their clients.

I have personally spent over 12 hours and over 13 calls that have been unreturned, management has been “busy or unavailable”. It’s amazing a $1800.00 bill we could not get a call back, credit card has been disputed in hopes of getting a response and resolution.
