Penske Truck Rental

Everything with Penske was fine, except for filling up the tank. I am posting the picture of the tank again, and you can see the fuel. However, the gauge is not showing that the tank is full. And it's correct. I think customers need to be given instructions on how to fill up properly. The truck we rented was International, 26 and 22.

Daniel was very helpful the truck we reserved didn't get returned which sucked but he called us 5 min after they opened unlike u-haul which completely screwed me . He then called around and found us another truck. Fantastic customer service!

Mark and Harry were both great.

My truck rental experience on moving day in Englewood was smooth and stress free. (Moving is stressful enough.)

My reserved truck was parked right out front and waiting for me on arrival. The checkout was pretty fast, and Mark was efficient at showing me the features of the truck, which was in great shape with low miles.

The only small hitch was that the fuel guage showed 'F', but when I went to fill it up after driving 18 miles total, it took almost 7 gallons to fill up!

Mark adjusted, without quibble, my mileage down a few miles to make up for the extra fuel I bought for a short ride.

A very good experience start to finish. After miles adjustment, I raised my review from 4* to 5*. It was deserved. Mark Defrees is very professional.
