Penske Truck Rental

We had moving truck issues and Penske was amazing! We had a toe truck to get us to a safe place quickly and a new truck. It was snowing (in May in Wyoming) and Penske also hired people to help us move all of our stuff. They really helped a potentially bad situation very tolerable. Penske has our business for life

Please read this. I’m so upset with this branch in Rock Springs, and I would highly recommend never ever using this branch or company. Let me tell you my experience. I originally agreed to rent a moving truck and car hauler, and pick them up at 1000 AM. I was called the day of pickup and told the truck is not working and to wait until a mechanic fixes it. I then go in during the afternoon and pickup the equipment. As I’m driving home people begin to honk at me and tell me that the car hauler is broke in half. I pull over and the car hauler is broke in half. It appears that who ever had the hauler before me had broke it and turned it in, and Penske did not check the equipment. I then go back to Penske and get a new hauler, I drive all the way home and then get a phone call telling me that this hauler is registered as stolen, and that I will need to get a 3rd hauler. I end up getting a 3rd hauler putting me an entire day behind schedule. I was told that because of all this I would be given a discounted rate. I just checked my bank statement and I was double charged for the equipment. This has been an absolute living nightmare.

Follow up: I spoke with Liz in rock springs and she tried her hardest to help me. Ultimately the double charge was removed, and I was given a discounted rate.
