DONT RENT FROM PENSKE IN OGDEN!!! Needed a truck for 2 hours, and drove a grand total of 19 Miles. They quoted me on the phone $60 for the day. When I got the bill it was $378.00. Picked up the truck at 8am dropped it back off at 10am.
Update…management asked me to reach out to make it right and gave me a number. I called the number and it took me to the national service line. They then transferred me back to the local store where I was transferred again and placed on hold. You know how to get ahold of me if you really want to make it right. I’m not spending any more time on this.
