Penske Truck Rental

Recently moved from Saint Paul to Ogden and got excellent assistance from Alex at the 12th street drop off location.

Called and made a reservation for a cargo van to pick up in Idaho Falls, ID. Flew into Idaho Falls and went to pick up the van, we were told they had leased them all out already and the only truck available was a 16’ truck. We only had 18 or so boxes but there were no other vehicles in Idaho Falls to be found. Took the truck to Island Park loaded up and then headed back to Idaho Falls, on the way back found out the a/c didn’t work. We called Penske and they had a maintenance guy come to our hotel. He was very nice and after taking the dashboard apart said he couldn’t get the part till the next day. We were called back by Laurie who set up the maintenance guy and said the had a smaller truck in Ogden, UT and they would drive it up to Idaho. We said we would drive to Ogden and pick it up if the could arrange for someone to help transfer the boxes to the smaller truck. They said they would send someone over to help with that. They came and switched load over they where very polite.kudos to Lori and Ogden store for getting us on our way!
