Penske Truck Rental

We rented a Penske cargo van and Waxahachie, TX and the storage facility that rented it out showed us that there was three quarters of a tank of gas and that's what we need to return it with when we got back into the Phoenix area. We returned it to the Penske Center in Tempe Arizona with exactly three quarters of a tank and we started getting a hassle because they said it should have had a full tank. I've rented a lot of cars over the years and have always returned them with a full tank as is required. I was equally conscientious about returning the Penske cargo van with 3/4 of a tank of gas as instructed. Went through quite a hassle because they were going to charge me at like $10 a gallon for gas for the remaining quarter of a tank. Which I clearly did not owe. After I strenuously objected they contacted the location from which we had rented the cargo van and they couldn't remember it had a half a tank or a 3/4 quarter of a tank of gas so we were off the hook. Very poor business and a failure to communicate between locations. The cargo van itself was great and did the job that we needed.

Delivered box trucks for them. 20 ft trucks are nice, but The 26foot diesel is Boss! It ran like a beast over the mountains Heading to San Francisco! No issues at all .

The crew is always very nice,they try there best to make the driver as comfortable as possible,an they try to make your stay as short as possible
