Penske Truck Rental

Rented a 16 foot truck today. Price was good. The Truck was sparkling clean and ready for my reservation.

I rented a 22 ft box truck from this location to drive to Texas and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that went the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of. I highly recommend this location.

Do not rent from them!!! I reserved a truck for today - for 24 hours - and they gave my truck away. I ubered there and they had no truck. They said I should have showed up earlier and they thought I wasn't coming. That is what a reservation is for: to HOLD THE VEHICLE TO GUARANTEE IT WILL BE THERE. The start time is for my convenience, not yours. I asked why no one called me before giving it away and the manager ignored me completely. I said, really you aren't going to respond? And some kid there started to tell me they rent trucks all the time and they do not hold the reservations. The manager told him to stop talking to me. Absolutely the rudest people I have encountered in a service capacity! Not apologetic, just completely rude and extremely unprofessional! San Clemente , CA location.

I had to pay for a truck rental in Redlands I was in San Clemente shot over to this Penske rental office and was helped by Jake and I cannot say enough nice things about how awesome his service was and that he was more than willing to help out and take care of my truck rental I highly recommend this store
