Penske Truck Rental

I had an absolutely terrible experience renting a truck from this place. I arrived on the morning of my reservation, only to find the office closed with no sign of anyone. I waited for 45 minutes, with no communication or explanation. Eventually, someone showed up, but they were just a friend of the owner who was also there to pick up a truck. They called the owner, and when the owner finally answered, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Not only did they tell me there were no trucks available, but they also suggested I drive 45 minutes to Santa Rosa to pick up a truck, which was completely unreasonable. Terrible customer service, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Hands down the best truck rental agency in the County... cleanest trucks, personable staff and accommodating to early/ late pickup and drop off requirements. Lift ramps available for heavy item projects as well...thank you for your great integrity Tasha!!
