Very well maintained and the staff are more than helpful. If you have any questions or concerns the staff will go out of there way to help you with whatever concerns you might have.

She people are very helpful. I was leaving a domestic violence situation and they did everything possible to maintain my safety by keeping my reservation private and working with me for an uncertain leave date. Their rental was for a standard 4 days and since I was moving out of state this meant that I didn’t have to be charged for extra days. I returned the truck with their night drop off. This meant I didn’t have to get up early to have it back on time. I would definitely use them again. The company as a whole has good communication. They called me to confirm the reservation. They allowed me to change the date. They have boxes for sale in their office.

After another truck rental company, let's call them 'B' and say that the name means 'cheap', left a message for me that they didn't have the truck I reserved an hour before I was planning to leave to pick it up. Penske came through with a rental the next day. In the Seattle area, in the summer, that took some doing and the customer service guy called me several times to let me know that they were looking and then at what time the truck would be in Maple Valley. The 12' truck I rented was in good condition--I'll rent there again.
