We picked up a truck here for a cross country move. Upon inspection it was in good shape and clean.
During our cross country trip, I had two breakdowns however. Both for coolant leaks. Penske roadside assistance was helpful both times, but their lack of good maintenance practices caused me to need to get an additional hotel room during the trip. So even though the maintenance caused no cost to me, I was still out an additional $100+ due to the added hotel costs.
I may have just gotten a bad truck, but the experience was none the less worthy of a review.
