Penske Truck Rental

Reserved a truck week ago and had a 10:30am pickup time.we called a few days prior to pick up to ask a question and had to leave a message and did not receive call back. Arrived day of pick to find NO ONE at the office. Would not answer the phone. There was another customer in the parking lot who stated she waited for 2 hours and no one showed, she also stated there was another person who waited for 3 hours who left prior to our arrival. Person in window above office ignored us several times when asked if he worked there and finally said he didn't. We had to call Penske main office to have our reservation moved to a location an hour away from our house just to be able to pick up our truck today. I would give this place -5 if I could. But Penske made it right for what its worth.

Great experience! We rented a van from Penske Poulsbo for the day to pickup furniture and everything worked perfectly. Quick pickup, easy online rental tool and nice office staff. Will rent from them again when we have a need. Thanks!

Too expensive and the rental staff are rude

Stopped in to get a price for a trailer rental. Found that I would have to rent their truck to tow it, even though my truck is better suited.
