Review:
When I ask for a lift gate truck, I do so because that's the tool I need. Sending me a ramp truck wastes my time and money. I have crew waiting. I'm paying them because when I agree to do something, I follow through.
This is not impressive and thus far, Penske has not offered to make this right.
