Great customer service and commitment to following through on estimated quotes. They immediately apologized for the inconvenience for not having the appropriate 12 ft truck I requested, but gave me the 16ft truck at the price of the 12ft. Unfortunately, competitors Uhaul did not provide this same customer service from my past experiences.

Could not have asked for an easier process for same-day truck rental. I always use U-haul but I was blown away by the pricing and service I received. Debbie was a treat to work with and got me a rental right at closing(something I hate to do but needed to out of necessity) with a positive and personal demeanor, despite some technology set backs.

They're a family business that also deals out Penske trucks, so please please please give them your business!

Penske is amazing option for long distance truck rentals!
The staff is fabulous. they make everything as easy as possible. Must be a company wide work culture. Because I saw the same in Boston, MA and the same in Spokane, WA.

Will definitely be using them again!
