Review:
Wish I had the 'great customer service' experience that Mr. Gerald enjoyed. The lady I spoke with had 10,000 reasons why she couldn't help me, which was surprising and unfortunate. I'd think that her boss would probably want her to do everything possible to help a potential customer become an actual customer - that's what my boss would want. Hoping this was a one-off happenstance, and i'll update my review if I ever come back to this location and receive assistance.

Review:
Customer service is the whole deal with this Spokane family business. Is is the epitome of a Mom and Pop. They are long established at 210 E Sprague. I have rented Penske trucks from them many times, and I can say this is a wonderful family of service-oriented professionals. And the Penske trucks totally rock!
