People-Move Moving

Relocating for work and this company was chosen to crate my TV. Neither of the 2 employees spoke an ounce of English and I could not communicate with them. Poor attitudes while inside my home. They showed no attention to taking care of my TV. I cannot imagine having them move an entire home. Steer clear from this lousy company!

I would absolutely recommend People Move Moving 1000%. We used them today 11/4/22 for in home moving of two fridges, two ovens, and a heavy hutch. They were SO good. First off, our crew finished a job earlier than expected so the company called to see if we wanted them to come over early. We were scheduled for the 12-3 window and this was almost 10am. That really worked for us so that was already great.
They had to move one refrigerator down a flight of stairs and get it through a very tight space into the room. They took the doors off, the handles, and made it work. I wasn't sure it was going to fit! They got it in, made sure it was still working, asked if we were okay with the placement, and moved to the next part.
They moved our oven in for us from the garage and saw the cord wasn't the right kind for our outlet. We just stared at them for a minute, flustered that it was wrong, but they were super calm and said ' no problem, hang on, we should be able to fix it'. Our movers, Jorge and David ( or Davil? I'm sorry! I couldn't locate the names on my receipt) had worked for Lowes before, delivering appliances. They fixed it, let us test it out and set about getting our other refrigerator in. They got it in, attached our water line, and made sure we were okay with it. Every step they did they were professional, kind, calm, incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful to us and our belongings.
I thought we were sunk with the oven cord being an issue, and the refrigerator being SUCH a tight fit but they made it work and we're so grateful for them.
