People-Move Moving

Where to began. For starters, the movers show up to my apartment. They did not speak English. We do not speak any Spanish. They did not offer to use a translator app to help us understand. We had to download one on our phone to even try to communicate with them. The movers were asked to take a recliner to the dumpster at my apartment. Instead they insisted on keeping the recliner to take home. I agreed to let them keep it thinking that they would come back and get it off the front porch of my apartment-which they said they would. They never did. I went back 3 days later to clean my apartment and the recliner was still sitting on the front porch and I had to try to take it to the dumpster myself. At the end of the move I was waiting upstairs for the movers to move the last thing into the house. I was waiting upstairs for what seemed like forever. I walk downstairs to find them in the truck taking apart my base to my bed without my permission (this base was already wrapped). They never even communicated why it needed to be taken apart in the first place. They got it out of a 2 bedroom apartment, so why would they need to take it apart? To move a two bedroom apartment and small storage I was charged 940.00. I contacted Pablo about the situation. The only explanation he could give me for the inconvenience was that they did not want to damage anything so that is why they took my base apart. Which does not make sense because they moved it out of a two bedroom apartment completely together and did not have to take it apart- into a 6 bedroom home. I was never discounted for any of the trouble. I feel like we spent the whole time trying to communicate with the movers. We had to tell them to leave everything in the loft and garage because it was stressful trying to tell them what rooms everything went into-then later had to move the boxes and things to the actual location where we wanted it in the first place. I also feel like the language barrier is the reason for the high price of the move. Then to top it off having to move the recliner from the front porch days later. This company is not the one you want for a stress free move. It is the most stress we have ever dealt with when moving. Stay away!!

I have moved several times in my life! Alejandro and Joaquin were on-time, courteous, and professional. They are fast and careful with your furniture. I highly recommend this moving company. Plus Pablo, did a wonderful job with communication of what to expect! Their prices are excellent!

From the quote to getting the job done, it was fast and professional. The two movers (Rafael & Rafael) were efficient and worked the entire time (6+ Hour Job). Have already engaged them for another project. Also like that it was all electronic.

Never showed up even though we had several emails and calls with them . Spoke to them onSat. , rec. email Sunday , no show on Monday . They stated they myst of had-an IT problem. When we called to find out why they were late they said they had no work so they sent their guys home . Were hoping we get our deposit back .
