Luann's group did a great job downsizing my mom's house. She is well connected and knows what to do with everything so that it is either sold donated or recycled. The job was done in two phases: they worked well with my mom who has trouble letting things go and they worked well with me coordinating the rest of the job after she had moved. They were conscientious about keeping sentimental items, making sure they could get her the most money for valuable items and they helped set up a nice new living space. They even found $250 under a rug and gave it back. The only thing they could improve would be better communication about what's being done when and scheduling things in advance, but overall we're happy we chose to hire PeopleHelpers.
