Staff is very unresponsive and do not follow up. I was notified that I would receive a discount during the time I had to park in an uncovered space since my space was damaged. I haven’t received a discount after four phone calls promising one. Instead my rent has gone up an additional $10/mo. I’m also now parked in the roadway instead of an actual space. Typical corporate takeover, pay more for less.

Very happy with People’s Choice. . No rate increase when they took over from Rocket Storage. Debra the manager was very sweet and helpful in finding a different space, less expensive more useful for us and also honors veterans with discount on monthly rent. She gave me the time I needed to get moved and checked on my well being while I was there. I like the clean and safe environment.
