Very poor service. As the place has no staff theirs no on-site services. No o e to answer phn. I was o e month late and reca auction warning. And couldn't get ahold of a real person to pay. I forget my code. Gates now locked thur out the day. ROCKET STORAGE kept it open. Thiers no one to give me my code. And my unit has thier lock on it. If I pay the automatic payment. The storage unit I am renting was Rocket Storage. Rocket was great. People's Choice storage took over and they raised my rates, my automatic payments were stopped and they are saying I'm late. I've requested to speak with management, specifically a 'Shay' lady and I have not received a call back or email addressing my problem. Many people have already left and I can only assume for the same reasons. I am also leaving due to them not responding and it has been over a week and a half. People's Choice sucks.
