Worst moving company I've ever dealt with. Movers showed up at 10 a.m., no phone call. The head guy had the worst attitude. They were supposed to pack. Only a few boxes brought, and they didn't pack anything. They broke 2 dresser drawer handles, a lamp, and a hall tree. I'm still waiting for $100 to settle my broken items. The Seattle Housing Authority paid plenty of money to have me moved, and they need to find a new moving company that's going to care about their residents. I'm disabled and aggravated, disappointed. People are treated with such disrespect when they aren't paying the bill. I can't believe that this is how a moving company treats their customers. They're hired by the SHA to do a job, not tear up customers' items, and don't pay for them. I have been more than patient. I moved on September 4th. I'm still waiting for my settlement, and it's November 17th. To top it all off, we only moved 1 block. SMH

Excellent Moving Co.. Had a 2 day pack . One day move . Guys showed up on time. Protected my floors upstrs & downstairs. I had expensive artwork & china that was of a big concern before my move. I was at ease after the first 5 minutes of watching how the guys wrapped my items & placed them in dishpacks accordingly . My best of the artwork were properly crated. The best of my pictures were packed in picture boxes & properly labeled . Everything was inventoried & the load crew was impressive . In & out in the 3 scheduled days as planned. I recommend for all your moving needs. Definately use them in the future.

Absolutely a horrible moving company. I run a storage facility in Lacey, WA that they were at (packing items for a tenant) and they left trash all over the place, including boxes that smelled of urine, drink cans, and other items that should have been picked up. On top of that, they destroyed the bathroom and had no common curtesy to clean it up. Please do not use this moving company as a cleaning fee usually falls on the tenant and they are the one who has to pay for it. Use a company like All Ready Moving and Storage.
