I had the best experience with Pet Jet Pals. They delivered my puppy with so much care. Juniper came from Idaho to Kansas, and the entire process was wonderful; from scheduling flights with April, to the actual flight with the flight nanny, Krystal. Absolutely satisfied with this experience. There was communication the entire time with all parties involved and pictures of updates. Juniper, my new pup, was in great hands and taken care of. I am so so happy. For someone who has never done this before, and has big anxiety; I will forever recommended Pet Jet Pals! Krystal was an amazing flight nanny and I really want to give her a shout out!
