Driver - L.B. - Unprepared, unprofessional, and literally the worst experience in moving in any of my moves.

Was assured on 12/3 by A.R. I would receive a call regarding my experience as well as on 12/4 by J.J.. As of 12/10 I have not received a call from anyone. It is clear that the front line is top notch but back of the house interactions require the patience of a saint and experience as uber driver as well as a possible licensed client to rent the uhaul shuttle for them.
