This company is a scam! They quoted $100 and then day they were at towing my car across town. They told my mom that the tow driver wanted $70 and the tow driver said he took the job and said he would do it for $70 so what was $100 for? An appointment? Do not use this company. It is a scam. It’s a terrible company and I am going to let the world know.

I was PCSing to my first duty station from my hometown and was very stressed about figuring out how to ship my car as the military only covers this if you're going overseas. Thankfully I found out about the auto shipping group and couldn't be more thankful. I thankfully had an amazing coordinator Felicia help me throughout the whole process. Felicia's communication and care with me were amazing and how she explained the whole process along the way. Felicia also taught me about baiting and switching which is a malicious tactic other companies use to think you're getting a lower quote but will then raise the price when they get you to sign, I appreciate how transparent and personable she was with me about this. Felicia would call and check in to make sure the process was going as planned and keep me updated and in the know throughout the whole time. In this short time I had contacted Felicia to get my car picked up shortly after amazed me, I thought the process would be longer and rockier but she made it very easy and stress-free. I also came to find she was also able to fit me at a lower rate than I was expecting which was very courteous of her. Overall I was greatly satisfied with Auto Shipping Group, and have to thank Felicia for making it the great experience it was!
