Phoenix Moving & Storage

We hired Phoenix Moving for a local move in Waltham and we were incredibly happy with the service. I was skeptical because they charge quite a bit less than other moving services, but they were really great. Arthur, Alex, and Nick showed up exactly on time and worked very fast and carefully to wrap/disassemble all our furniture. They would have re-assembled it as well had we asked. The service included in the order was comprehensive and my wife, myself, and our parents couldn't have been more pleased. Some added specifics: It was snowy and they brought their own moving carpets to minimize tracking snow through the house. We have a tricky staircase that they navigated very well, and although one dresser did not fit, they tried everything they could to get it up there, going well beyond the service I expected. All in all, would recommend Phoenix to anyone in this area looking for moving help.

Walter is very friendly and responded to my request/questions quickly. Although I cancelled the appointment due to other reasons, they provided flexible rescheduling and offered different options for moving. I would contact them again for future moving needs.

Hired Phonenix to help me move last week, and the service was terrific! I got a prompt response when I reached out for a quote and they were much more reasonable than other companies I spoke with. They called 15 minutes before arrival, and the two guys who showed up were friendly and very careful with my belongings and were willing to go above and beyond. Would definitely use them again and I recommend them for anyone who needs help moving.

Great moving company and they helped even packing the stuffs and also they came with blankets.
