Review:

Tom at Piano Forte completed a pitch raise, fine tuned the action and shaved the felt on hammers. He'll be back next week for a full tune on our Young Chang baby grand. Nice guy who knows his pianos inside and out.

Tom is one of those guys that knows what he is doing. His care of a piano is know when you have a discussion. Once e tunes it the sound is tereffic. Bonus he was able to get here the day after I called. Thanks Tom
