Gordon, the owner, and his crew did an outstanding job moving our 7'' Steingraeber piano through the front window of our home with many obstacles to account for. Several other companies could not accomplish what they did. They thought through everything very well and executed. I am very impressed would not hesitate to recommend them to move a priceless instrument.

A Well Deserved Stellar Reputation

In June 2023, Piano Movers of Texas delivered my newly manufactured grand piano, which journeyed from Germany to Connecticut and finally Texas. They did an outstanding job setting up the piano exactly where I wanted it, and they nobly made things right by repairing damage that probably was caused by others.

Piano Movers of Texas made my delivery very easy. They obtained pictures of the pathway ahead of delivery, and they communicated with me clearly before and on the day of delivery. Their team was adequately staffed, well supervised, professional, and courteous. The installation was quick and not intrusive.

Unfortunately, one of the hinges on the piano lid suffered damage at some point during transit from the dealer to the national mover and finally the local mover (Piano Movers of Texas). The national mover washed their hands of the problem and disclaimed any responsibility without proof. Fortunately, the dealer and Piano Movers of Texas agreed to step up and make things right at no cost to me. Piano Movers of Texas repaired the damage perfectly but offered to refer it to a specialist if I was not satisfied with the repair.

Unlike the unhelpful national mover, Piano Movers of Texas was very responsive and eager to make sure that my piano was delivered in satisfactory condition. Everyone I dealt with was kind and helpful from the owner, Gordon Bolton, to Diane in the office and Morgan, who repaired the hinge.

I am happy to add my positive review to the many others here, and I shall be sure to contact them if I or a friend ever need piano moving services in the DFW area.

They were quick to respond to my request for a quote and to all of my questions. Their price was the best and their service was on time and very professional. Excellent job. Also, Piano Movers of Texas suggested a piano tuner, Armondo Alonso. I figured I'd try him because the company was great, it gave credibility to their recommendation. Armondo was amazing. He came over on time and spent 4 hours cleaning and tuning our recently acquired 100 year old Wurlitzer grand. It looks and sounds amazing. When the going gets tough is when you have the opportunity to put vendors to the test on up to what level of customer service they will provide. Let me tell you that this 5 STARS have that considered. You can trust Gordon to do the right thing even if it means additional cost, time and money from this company.
