They took marvelous care of my instruments. It was a comfort to know that they were being moved and stored by a professional piano moving and storage company. I was impressed with the care and knowledge of the transport staff at the time of pickup. I didn't have to ask them to lift (not roll) the piano or how to remove the pedal harp.

I received the same white-glove service at delivery, including copious padding on my new wood floors and soft-wheel transport dollies. There was not one mark on the floors.

The instruments came back in exactly the same state as they left my home. No dings or other damage.
