It was a last-minute piano move, and Piano Moving World was able to provide same-day service. I also took advantage of their piano storing services for a few months until I settled in my permanent residence. If you're looking for your piano to be moved and/or stored, look no further. I highly recommend Piano Moving World, legitimate and professional company.

Be very cautious when booking with this company. My piano was mishandled, dropped and damaged. Only 2 people were booked for a 3 person job. Garrett and his co-mover could not safely transport the piano inside of my home. If that wasn’t bad enough - upon putting the piano back together, the pedal mechanism was not properly connected and is not functioning the way it was when it was put in his care.

Despite the website mentioning that this company is insured for “peace of mind” , instead of working to repair the damage in partnership with the insurance company, Garrett and team have stopped responding to messages and have not tried to offer a resolution. Very disappointed with this service. (Happy to provide video of before/after and audio proof of the mishandling if anyone is on the fence about booking)
