After buying a grand piano at auction, I was able to easily make arrangements with Hattie at Piano Solutions on short notice to have it picked up and delivered to my house. They arrived promptly as scheduled, and their expertise was immediately apparent. Graham quickly identified the model and condition, and they clearly knew the procedures for removing parts and transporting it safely. The piano was delivered and positioned in my house only about an hour after they first arrived to pick it up, then Graham tuned it beautifully.

They were a pleasure to work with, and I will have them back regularly for tuning and maintenance on this and my other pianos.

They were very professional and did a great job moving, setting up, and tuning our piano! They definitely know everything needed to know about pianos :)

What incredible and detailed service! Such great care was given to my mahogany baby grand piano. The team was very generous with moving an 8 ft Grandfather Clock also with the move. LI couldn’t have asked for a nicer crew. Highly recommended!
