Second piano buying experience this week at Piano Solutions. The first time was 10 years ago where I found a Kawai K-15 console piano that we really enjoyed. This week thanks to the great help and service from Evan, Greg, and Rob I am anxiously awaiting delivery of my new Kawai GL-20 grand with the QRS player system. I'm extremely happy about the service and pricing and only wish I could be a repeat customer again but I think I've found my forever piano.
