I enjoyed trying out all different types of pianos before ultimately choosing the one that fit well for me. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to deciding and had exceptional amount of patients. I cannot wait to receive my new digital piano from the delivery guys. This place is definitely worth visiting again.

Will and Greg were phenomenal! Such lovely guys who did a very fast and excellent job. It was also great just chatting with them for a little!

Greg and Will moved my Baldwin upright from my Northside rented condo to my new house on the Northwest side quickly and efficiently. They were both very friendly and professional, and didn't mind our curious 3 dogs that were hanging out.

Then, the awesome movers, Daniel and Filipe were timely, presentable, courteous, polite, very professional, suggestive during my uncertainty about the best location for our items. We especially thank them for their careful handling of our instruments. The way that they covered items with their blankets to protect them from damage was an expression that they cared; much appreciated. The way that they communicated with each other, prior to moving each item, was an expression of integrity that we truly appreciate. Our previous movers (from a different company) of these same items needed six guys who were huffing and puffing, but just these two guys handled everything and quite quickly. I was so amazed. These were extremely heavy items. All of their suggestions about where to place the items were quite reasonable and convenient for future handling. We kept their contact, because our previous move (involving different items) with the same company was on the same level and unforgettable. They aim for excellence. Thank you!
