Store Manager, Rod, is very knowledgeable about different types of pianos with over 20 years of experience at this wonderful Carmel store. Based on our budget and best fit for our 5 year old granddaughter, he courteously explained the pros and cons of upright versus digital pianos and keyboards. Patiently, he let us try out various models and played some tunes for us! The staff is friendly and they have a good trade up program. They have a great selection to choose from with 1 year warranty, offer delivery and tuneup services for a fee, and let you take your time to decide!

Having never moved a piano, we were anxious to have someone we could trust to do the job correctly. Piano Solutions proved above and beyond our hopes! The two men that made the move seamless were not only professional and courteous…but respectful and congenial as well!! A HUGE thank you to Greg and Will.
