Great customer service from start to finish. One call gave me phenomenal pricing, courteous scheduling and prompt answers to all my questions. I've used them twice in 4 months and both times the teams moving my piano treated it like the treasure it is to me. I let them know I was concerned about the front entry size and they assured me they could get the piano in without any issues. And that they had a couple of options to try. I couldn't ask for more. The team was great! Leann was a great communicator lining everything up from the piano move, to organizing my Hammond Organ and Leslie move to my basement. The crew were fantastic as well. Their experience really shows and also have a great sense of humor. They did a big job efficiently and took great precaution as far as taking care of the instruments being moved as well as not damaging doorways and walls in the house. Thank you again! Please tip these fellas as they have a tough job carrying very heavy equipment safely.

I recently hired Piano Wizards to move my baby grand piano. This was after having another company fail to accomplish the job and left the piano on the basement floor. They were able to come and properly assess the tools needed to move it, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, the team provided excellent service. They were prompt, professional, and handled my piano with extreme care. What stood out most was their efficiency, they performed the entire job quickly and seamlessly, without sacrificing attention to detail.

But the real testament to their dedication came after the move. They noticed my piano pedals weren't functioning properly, this was always the case, and without any hesitation, they came back to fix them.
