Truly wizards at work! They've moved my extra heavy baby grand without complaint, 6 times in the last 25 years. Up a tight, narrow, low-ceilinged stairway and back down again, in one case. I still don't know how they did it - it's definitely magic! They are the best - they even knew how to help me manage my anxiety about moving my baby. Every time, they took care, never rushed, and even pulled out a level and helped me adjust things to compensate for the slightest slope detected in the floor of my home. So impressive! They are responsive, reliable, ultra-professional, caring and patient. I never even think of calling anyone else when my baby and me need to pick up sticks and sally forth on another adventure together!
