Bill helped move and tune my upright piano which hadn’t been played for years. He has been prompt and professional each time, and shows dedication to his craft. He stayed past his appointment time to ensure all of the piano keys were functioning correctly.

Bill has been tuning our piano for about 3 years. We are very happy with his service and recommends the appropriate frequency of the tunings (which in our case dropped from 3x/year to 2x/year). He is flexible with appointments and always courteous. I've recommended Bill to friends.
