Piepho Moving & Storage

Just moved from Rochester, MN to College Station, TX under some pretty stressful circumstances and were fortunate enough to have a great moving crew to help us keep our sanity and get everything there safely. Fran was great to work with as our coordinator to estimate our household and deliver boxes to us and tell us how to pack certain special items. Angie kept everyone in good contact with each other and both the crews loading the semi in MN and unloading in TX were kind,polite, efficient and hardworking men who did a great job with our belongings. And we can’t say enough positive things about our driver, Chris Roth, who was there for both the loading and unloading. He kept us informed, was knowledgeable, timely, had good communication with the crews, good personality, and went above and beyond during delivery with extra care and work when my husband had to fly out for a family emergency to AZ. It was truly amazing to witness that kind of compassion in this day and age. We are truly grateful!

My mother needed help moving, and asked Piepho to help move belongings to her new house. During the move, one of the movers, an older man, was yelling absurdities and swearing constantly, and was being so insulting and offensive that he made my mother cry. When loading their semi trailer, they contacted dispatch about loading boxes, and were explicitly told not to load them, even though there was most likely enough room for all the boxes. Even though they successfully unloaded the belongings at the new house, the horrible attitude of the one mover ruined the whole experience. Do NOT, under any circumstances, seek this company for help, avoid at all costs.

We had three movers help us with our local move in La Crosse in February (I believe Paige, Ian? And one other guy I can’t recall the name!) they were wonderful. They were careful and efficient and communicated well. We were thankful to have them!
