I recently used this Company to move from Queens, NY to Buffalo, NY, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. The team was professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. Alan, in particular, stood out—he was incredibly friendly, hardworking, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He had great communication let me know exactly when he would arrive. We hired Pinnacle for a move from Florida to Texas. James was very helpful and got some loaders at a short notice at a very reasonable price. Anthony and Andres showed up and worked hard to make sure all of our stuff got loaded safely! We are already expected to get our delivery at the end of this week! Couldn’t thank them enough!

They were easy to work with. Steve was awesome as he coordinated everything and stayed in constant communication with me. They were on time and even delivered my belongings early! I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Literally the best service I could have hoped for. Communicating with James to set up the move was easy and reassured me my items would be taken care of going from Miami to Colorado. Anthony and his coworker arrived within the window and consulted on making sure my stuff was packed very carefully with the utmost consideration. Threw out any extra trash and were very helpful!
