Really good smelling unfinished wood furniture in being sold in main office.

Kelly from Pioneer is completely out of line in regards to taking any personal responsibility for a mistake that could have been avoided due to me announcing when I went in for a return deposit that I had a new address in which he could send the check.He announced at the time he had it!
His new announcement to me is that he sent it to the old address and him not listening when I told him that I did forward my mail, been receiving mail, double checked with post office to make sure and his only answer is that I must not of forwarded my mail. I asked him due to the long drag of me waiting for my return money and the fact that I have spent numerous amount of time in trying to receive the simple $95. Dollars which was more time out of my life. His answer was to Swear at me and once again blame me. I asked him to cancel the check and he said I am not going to pay $25. To cancel the check and pay me now for my time. No apology, no grace, no good customer service!
Now Dave who I spoke with handled the situation with grace, concern and care.
Not how to treat someone when something goes wrong and all I wanted was my money returned no matter what it took on his end plus after all my wasted time. An apology would be nice as well.

Awful service, real bad attitudes here, they hardly ever answer the phone makes sense that they have a marijuana dispensary in between their units I would not recommend dealing with these peoples next to highway robbery.
