Pioneer Rentals Inc

Used to rent here for a while and realized these guys don't care. I call ahead of time because I like to be prepared and I typically know what type of equipment I need along with any accessories that may be required to complete a project. I called ahead 3 times to make sure the grindes and dust extractors were available for project.
When I arrived, they had nothing ready and had to explain again what I needed. I need to remove epoxy and explained the type of diamonds/bits i needed. They gave me some smooth shit. The dust extractor that was supposed to work in conjunction with stand behind grinder edco didn't extract the dust at all. The edco unit itself had electrical issues with the wiring although the power supply was more than efficient to handle the volts/amps. The Hilti handheld grinder was stuck on the head that they're mechanic went to the back to disconnect it and give me more coarse head and the thing flung off while my guys were using it. Could've harmed someone or damaged property. The only piece of equipment that operated properly was their small 5 gallon dust extractor. I called and explained to them day of issues and instead of waiting for me to arrive to discuss issues and payments they charged me to have their equipment sitting on a jobsite while I had to make arrangements with a more reliable equipment rental company. Do better!

This is officially my favorite U-Haul location. I've rented both box trucks and cargo vans. Easy check-in and check-out. Polite and helpful staff. The location is convenient for easy highway access. If you're planning to return your rental after hours, download the U-Haul app BEFORE you pick up a rental from any U-Haul location and sync it through the QR code (follow the instructions on the app). That way, you can drop off the U-Haul after hours without any issues. Highly recommend this location for both active and after hours.

P.S. they have a lot of miscellaneous rental gear and equipment outside of moving needs (e.g., snowcone machines, popcorn machines, yard equipment, etc.).

P.P.S. to refill gas in a cargo van, open the driver's door to access the gas cap.

We needed some tables and chairs for a party at the last minute. Pioneer came through quickly and easily at exactly the prices on the website - delivered quickly, picked up on time. Great experience.

My goto for U-Haul rentals. Vern, Jeff, and co. do a fantastic job in getting what you need.
