On Saturday, March 2, 2024 I needed a truck. I called at 9 am and was told that Pioneer had a 10 foot box truck. I reserved it, but when I got to Pioneer Rentals, I realized it was too small. The clerk (Dave) told me the larger trucks in the lot were reserved and I could not rent one of them, he said he was sorry but he had to honor the reservations. Dave then found a larger truck for me at another rental agency a few miles away. He did not have to do that. I really appreciate that level of service and the next time I need a truck I will definitely be calling Pioneer Rentals (next time in advance. Thank you.

Great place to rent any form of tool or equipment. Great experience working with these guys, they know the equipment and are very efficient. Prices are very fair as well.

Rented a 10” ladder. Excellent customer service and smooth transaction. Wouldn’t dream of going to Home Depot after finding these guys.
