Dirty storage units filled with animal droppings.
The gate code they gave never works, have to call each time to get into gate.
The door latch freezes shut during the winter, preventing access into the unit.
They don’t consider any of the above issues an emergency, and refuse to come to help besides normal business hours Mon-Fri.

The staff is friendly and very helpful

Very quick & efficient , easy to do online. Had only one issue with the gate code but, was able to call & get a temporary code. Did not have to wait for next day was able to get everything done even though it was after business hours & late at night. Customer service was amazing!
