Affordable and easy move in process!

They are a hard location to get in contact with which is a major problem . I completely understand It is a self storage but it also seem to be self operational storage.
Today experience, had both negative and positive sides. After I speaking to several operators today in regards to moving myself out of storage . I paid my bill and they told me the lock would be off in 48 hours that was 3 weeks ago .
So I called into the location because my son was there to remove his items and close out the unit. Unfortunately had to calls several time to get this done . First operator did not even say anything I was hung on . The second operator put me on hold for 15 minutes to call the on-call person and then hung up eventually I was hung up on . But the third operator Sandra heard the urgency in my voice and did everything in her power to calm me down from start to finish . Sandra took the time to explain to me the steps she was going to take on her end to resolve this situation. She contacted the following : The on-call person, the regional manager, and her personal manager. Of course she had to put me on hold for sometime but came back periodically to let me know that she still working on the process. She is truly the epitome of customer service ! From the way that she’s very patient and understanding . To the way that she speaks in a monotone voice which reassure you that she’s doing everything in her power to make a resolution . I don’t have anything great to say about this storage facility, because as my son is moving his stuff from storage, he sent pics of mold on some of his Items. and he’s never been inside the store since day 1.
Because of my experience with no communication except for payment I already made up my mind. That I was never going to use this storage facility again . But after however speaking with Sandra I feel at ease about using the facility again for next year.

Three of my friends and I were looking for a place to keep our college things. Pioneer Valley Storage was a great fit for us, it was affordable and easy plus we had the perfect amount of space!
