Review:

I came to the storage location an hour after the office opened and there was no sign of anyone on site. I even called the third party customers care to confirm the hours. No one was on site to help and they did not notify anyone of their absence. Very very unprofessional. And don’t even get me started on the quality of the storage units. Mine had a broken ceiling. The units are poorly maintained and the customer service is just as bad, if not worse.
