Pioneer Valley Storage - Amherst

Do not use this Storage Company at any of their locations. This was once owner and operated by Amherst Public Storage but was sold over to Pioneer Valley in 2023. It seems to have gone very downhill judging by all the recent reviews (mine included). I was harassed by the rude and unprofessional property manager and due to this no longer felt like my unit and its contents were safe or secure. Ironically after my altercation with the lady, I received an email claiming they had no contract with me even after 3 years being there! I immediately started looking around at other storage places owned by any company not affiliated with Pioneer Valley Storage. I was moved out 9 days early of my pay date and they would not prorate or offer any type of compensation for the harassment or early departure. I was a perfect paying customer never late for over 4 years. This made zero difference to them. I was merely a unit number. PVS is only after your money and constantly raising prices each year or even 2 times a year. You can find another a better place with better customer service. I did. Please skip past this place.

outstanding service all the time and have never had any problems.
