Honestly I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but unfortunately the experience I had wasn’t…the best. I also reached out via email before I left this review, but I received no reply. To start, the crew was nice, but they were over 40 minutes late to my appointment with no notice until I texted them asking where they were at. The website also said there was no hourly minimum, but when I booked online to move a couch, they told me they wouldn’t come out for a job that was less than an hour. That’s fine, but I’m not sure why it’s emphasized on the website that there’s “NO” minimum for labor only. The crew moved my couch up some challenging steps in fifteen minutes which I am grateful for, but they did scrape up my walls pretty badly and they busted the lock off of my doorframe. I rent, so this was a little bit concerning for me, especially after they told me on the phone that they would wrap the couch as to not cause damage to walls. Additionally, they charged me for a 3 person team, but I only booked a 2 person team. I wish I got some answers to my email, and despite the team being pleasant, especially the youngest member of the crew, but I don’t know if I’d go through them again.

The whole crew (Don, Tay, and Tino) were all very friendly and worked quickly. Would not hesitate to hire them again for any move in the Pittsburgh area. Not only did they all carefully move our items into our new home, but they were genuinely each nice to work with. I highly recommend PittMovers.
