Our 24-hour emergency and specialty veterinary hospital in Honolulu was relocated into a new 18,000 SF facility under eminent domain for HART, the new light rail. Pivotal was instrumental in handling the URA, and in planning and physically moving us into the new facility. Their experience with URA claims made the process easy. The move into the new hospital was planned extensively and went flawlessly. I never imagined moving a 24-hour operation could have gone so smoothly. Do NOT use this company! First of all, they delivered our stuff 2 weeks late. They broke all of all our stuff, every box that said fragile had broken glasses. They also tried to scam us $500 more dollars because they 'couldn't fit the truck in the complex' which they easily did when we refused to transfer money to his personal money transfer app. Took poor care of everything and made the move so much harder than it had to be. Save the headache and use ANYBODY else.
