The property manager Kris made renting a unit very palatable, especially because I am having a hard time swallowing the fact that I need a unit in the first place. She made sure that I received the best customer service. She was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Thank you Kris w/a K! Major benefit was that I got 1/2 off first 3 months rent! I highly recommend Placer Self Storage.
