Platinum Hot Tub Movers are the best. From my first call I was impressed with 'IN PERSON' phone calls with the owner. Reid was professional, answered my questions, and gave me a quote without a lot of beating around the bush. His team came out the next morning, exactly when they said they would come. They pleased the family where they picked up the spa, and they were perfect with me upon delivery. They had the right equipment and knew exactly what they were doing. Communication, I give them a 100! Yes, it cost more than I expected, but they were less expensive than competitors. I highly recommend this company if you need to move a spa / hot tub.

Very professional... After first phone call I had a questionnaire that got all the details recorded I paid a deposit and had an appointment on the calendar. There was a cancellation before my appointment and they called and got me earlier than expected. The onsite
team was lead by Cody, he communicated well and demonstrated that he has done this many times before. I highly recommend these guys!!

From the first phone call until the end of the job, the entire process was handled very professionally. Great communication, professional movers, punctuality, etc. The job was completed without problems. I recommend their services and I would use them again.

This company is nothing short of amazing! They worked with us in a difficult situation, in a tight deadline, and made it happen easily and seamlessly.
